By accessing and using Stagemuse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Stagemuse is a concert discovery platform that allows users to:

• Create an account and manage their concert preferences
• Receive personalized concert recommendations based on their music tastes
• Rate songs and artists to improve recommendations
• Optionally connect to Spotify to create and manage playlists through Spotify's API
• Optionally sign in with Google or other authentication providers

3. Third-Party Integrations

3.1 Authentication Services

• You may optionally sign in using third-party authentication services such as Google OAuth
• Your use of these authentication services is subject to their respective Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party authentication providers

3.2 Spotify Integration (Optional)

• If you choose to connect Spotify, you must have a valid Spotify account
• Your use of Spotify's services through our App is subject to Spotify's Terms of Service
• We are not affiliated with Spotify and do not guarantee continuous availability of Spotify's API
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to circumvent Spotify's API limitations
• We reserve the right to modify our Spotify integration features based on API changes

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• Connecting third-party services like Spotify is optional and not required to use Stagemuse
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the App's features
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape or collect data from the App without permission
• Share your account credentials
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

• The App's code, design, and original content are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Concert recommendations will be accurate or complete
• The App will be compatible with your device or software

8. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid (if any) for using the App
